Chris Brown Fights Back In A Court Of Law Against Rape Accuser He Filed An Official Complaint
According to a report from the New York Times, Chris Brown is vehemently fighting back against the recent rape allegations involving the R & B singer. The star was taken to jail in Paris, France after a woman claimed Chris, his friend, and his bodyguard took turns sexually assaulting her.
Yesterday, French police released Mr. Chris Brown after questioning him due to the woman’s accusations. Submitted by Raphael Chiche, the R & B singer’s lawyer, Chiche asked the Paris Public Prosecutor to investigate the claim – the supposed false allegation – as a “criminal matter.”
If the woman was convicted, she’d serve five years in prison and a fine of approximately $50,000. The attorney didn’t respond to any outlet’s request for remarks. On Monday, the 29-year-old was taken into police custody about rape allegations.
She met with the police on the 18th of January and accused Chris and his crew of raping her at his hotel after she and her friends went there for a cocaine-filled party. Mr. Brown posted an image on his Instagram recently with the caption that said, “this b*tch lying.”

On Wednesday night, the daily newspaper in Paris, Le Parisien, published an interview with the woman, 24-years-old. The anonymous person said she was originally from Algeria and was studying theater. In the interview, the young woman said it wasn’t about the money; it’s about making sure another woman isn’t victimized.
Over the last few years, Mr. Brown has been involved in a string of violent cases. He has been sued multiple times, punched photographers in the face, and allegedly held women against their will while his friends raped them. In 2009, Brown pled guilty to assaulting Rihanna.
In 2016, Brown was charged with assault with a deadly weapon following a stand-off in his house. Despite the allegations against him, Brown has managed to have a prosperous career, including his Grammy win for FAME, in 2012.
