Man Spends More Than 12,000 to Transform into a Dog
A man has attracted attention and been labeled “creepy” after investing £12,500 in a transformation into a dog.
The Japanese individual, known as Toko, underwent a complete change to a collie with the assistance of custom costume makers.
He obtained his dog costume the previous month and has been posting videos of himself executing tricks such as fetch and playing ping pong with his paw.
His videos also showcase him carrying out commands like rolling over, mimicking a dog’s behavior.
In one of his initial clips, he conveyed via a clipboard: “I became a rough collie because I wanted to be an animal. From now on I’m thinking of uploading videos at my own pace.
According to Japanese media, Toko placed an order for the “quadsuit” for £12,500 (2 million Yen) from Zeppet, a company that creates sculptures for movies and TV shows.
His videos have elicited a variety of responses.
While many commended him for living out his dog dream, others deemed it unsettling.
“What a strange way to spend money! It looks so real, like a beautiful collie dog, very original! Greetings,” a commenter expressed.
“This is so creepy,” another individual remarked.
